Counselor in Training (CIT)
Our CIT program offers 13 and 14-year-old campers an exciting opportunity to step up as leaders within the Ross Summer Camp community and to develop the skills and experience needed to become Ross Summer Camp Counselors!
As a CIT, you’ll gain hands-on experience mentoring younger campers, developing conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, and training to become a future camp counselor. It’s your chance to make a difference, lead by example, and create lasting memories.
Please note: The Ross Summer CIT program takes place at our Bridgehampton Campus.

*Friday 8/14 is a half day on our Butter Lane campus; full-day Week 8 Summer Camp & CIT discounted 10%
DAILY SCHEDULE
8:45–9 am: Arrival and Meeting
9 am–12 pm: Morning Session—Shadow and Support Counselors
12:00–1:20 pm: Lunch
1:30–3 pm: Afternoon Session—Shadow and Support Counselors
3–3:15 pm: Dismissal
